By registering an account with us in this website and/or by ordering/purchasing any of our product(s) in this website, you (a) acknowledge that you have read and understand this Return and Refund Policy; (b) represent that you are of legal age to enter into a binding Return and Refund Policy; and (c) accept this Return and Refund Policy and agree that you are legally bound by its terms. If you do not agree to these terms, do not register the account with us or do not purchase any product(s) from this website.

In order to be eligible for a Refund, the following terms and conditions shall be applicable:


  1. Within 24 hours of your receipt of our product(s), you have to email our customer service and support team at naturecaremalaysia@gmail.com clear photos of the Mistaken Product(s).
  2. Upon receipt of your email, our team of professionals will contact you for verification purpose.
  3. Upon completion of verification purpose, we will notify you in writing to return the Mistaken Product(s).
  4. You have to return the Mistaken Product(s) with a copy of our official receipt within 2 working days after the date of our written notification to you.
  5. Return of any Mistaken Product(s) shall only and strictly to the following address:

    14000 Bukit Mertajam, Pulau Pinang
    (Attention: Return Department)
  6. After we receive your item, our team of professionals will proceed with inspection.
  7. The returned Mistaken Product(s) must be in the same condition that you receive it (original condition in original shipping container as received by you) and undamaged in any way.
  8. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 24 hours of your receipt of Mistaken Product(s), you will not be eligible for a refund.
  9. We shall not be responsible in whatsoever manner if your return shipment is lost during the return transit.
  10. Once inspection has been duly completed by our team of professionals, and we are fully satisfied that the return and refund are adequate and proper, we will issue a written confirmation in which we will process the refund to our customer/member/dealer/client/buyer/purchaser within seven (7) working days from the date of our written confirmation.

For the purpose of clarification, “Mistaken Product(s)” is defined herein as product(s) that has/have been ordered by NATURE CARE’s customer/member/dealer/client/buyer/purchaser via NATURE CARE’s recognized business platform/system, and has/have been delivered/shipped with incorrect quantity and inaccurate products’ type as per NATURE CARE’s customer/member/dealer/client/buyer/purchaser’s order.
